If the product is not delivered and the seller provides a valid tracking code proving shipment, the buyer must wait for the estimated delivery time.
If the tracking code indicates that the product is lost or not delivered to the recipient, the buyer may request a full refund or a reshipment of the product, depending on the seller's policy.
If the seller does not provide a tracking code and the product is not delivered, the buyer has two options:
Request the seller to resend the product at no additional cost.
Request a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid.
To request a refund, the buyer must open a dispute within 3 days after the estimated delivery date.
Our support team will analyze the dispute and may request additional information from the buyer and the seller.
If the dispute is resolved in favor of the buyer, the refund will be processed in Bitcoin to the address used to deposit into the account.
The refund will be processed within 1 week after analysis.
Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind by the buyer.
The marketplace is not responsible for conversion fees or Bitcoin price fluctuations.
If there is evidence of fraud by the buyer or seller, the involved account will be suspended.
