Refund policies

 

General Conditions

We offer a dispute resolution system to ensure the security of buyers and sellers.

 

Products with Tracking Code

  • If the product is not delivered and the seller provides a valid tracking code proving shipment, the buyer must wait for the estimated delivery time.

  • If the tracking code indicates that the product is lost or not delivered to the recipient, the buyer may request a full refund or a reshipment of the product, depending on the seller's policy.

     

Products without Tracking Code

  • If the seller does not provide a tracking code and the product is not delivered, the buyer has two options:

    1. Request the seller to resend the product at no additional cost.

    2. Request a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid.

       

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, the buyer must open a dispute within 3 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Our support team will analyze the dispute and may request additional information from the buyer and the seller.

  • If the dispute is resolved in favor of the buyer, the refund will be processed in Bitcoin to the address used to deposit into the account.

  • The refund will be processed within 1 week after analysis.

     

Exceptions and Considerations

  • Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind by the buyer.

  • The marketplace is not responsible for conversion fees or Bitcoin price fluctuations.

  • If there is evidence of fraud by the buyer or seller, the involved account will be suspended.
